Fantastic location only a very short walk to the city walls. The apartment itself is charming and well-equipped.
We had to wait quite a while for someone to meet us and take us to the apartment, despite contacting the owners in advance. Also: at least one of the "double" beds was a very very narrow pull-out sofa.

Location was very close to the palace and easily accessible. Staff is very helpful. Gave all the required information. Apartments were clean and pretty.

Beautiful hardwood and stone tile floors, a bathroom (and a shower) that you could spin around in--this room was beautiful. The views from our patio across to the Pakleni Islands were stunning, and it was an easy walk down the hill and a few sets of stairs to the main square of Hvar town and the Riva. I found the location excellent. This was a great place from which to base our exploration of Hvar and its surroundings.
The room was very small, and there was no air conditioning. Opening the doors to the deck helped, but to get any cross breeze we had to leave the main door open, too, which was fine in the mornings and evenings but not something we could do while sleeping.

Helpful staff who accommodated our time of arrival. Free breakfast. Good air conditioning! Brilliant location for the town and a quiet room despite this
The room was a little small but, to be honest, as a base to explore the city it was perfect.

The patio and the wi-fi service
There was really no "on-site" staff

Cosy, air-conditioned, comfortable beds, easy to reach, friendly and helpful rental company staff. Lovely little terrace, perfect for a drink in the evening or for breakfast.
Not much space, and only one bathroom - could get cramped with 6 if you were staying for a while (not a problem for us as we were only there for a weekend). Could be improved, as a lot of self-catering places could, by providing tablets for the dishwasher and something to make coffee in (eg french press/caffetiere, etc.).

This is an amazing accommodation and you can't beat the location. You are literally just outside of Diocletians Palace and a minutes walk from the Riva. The room was really well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were the most friendly, hospitable and helpful.

Charming hotel in an old stone building in the city center, with a large terrace where you can rest and relax with the birds chirping. Excellent staff, very helpful and ready to respond to any request. Just keep on like that.

clean and quiet, close to city center
no reception (only for 5 minutes after 15 minutes waiting; on arrival call on mobile phone necessary - no possibility of calling when guest without phone), no receipt of paid amount

The atmosphere of the old house.
There should be a note that smoking in the room is allowed. If we had knew this we wouldn't have rented this room! The room smelled bad because of smoking.

Stayed in the "quad" room at Livanjska 6. Very basic room; it had a double bed and two twins and little else; clean and functional though. Breakfast is at a very friendly "fast food" place around the corner. Managed by a real estate agent located near the train station. You can pay cash on arrival or walk to the real estate office to pay by credit card. If you don't have a mobile phone which works in Croatia, you may have trouble checking in, since the building is unattended and they just post a phone number to call, so make arrangements in advance.
Would be cramped and unsuitable for 4 unless they're very friendly. 3's OK, or a family with 2 kids.

Close to the harbour where we needed to get our catemeran from.
The shower was broken. the bed was very uncomfortable and extreemely noisy when rolling over which woke up everyone. No water offered for guests and we arrived late at night with nothing to drink. Not worth 70euros.
